  •   Orders are typically processed within [7–14 business days].   

•   Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.  

  •   You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. [Monica Coronado / Monica Coronado Art & Design] is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. ⸻ Returns & Exchanges Because each piece is created and handled with care, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged:   

 •   Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  

  •   Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.   

 •   We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

   •   Change of mind   

 •   Incorrect address provided at checkout
